These terms apply to orders placed with Synergistic Supply LLC through synergisticsupply.com, by phone, text, or email.

Ordering: customers order by part number. You are responsible for confirming the part number you need before ordering. We do not provide fitment advice, and we do not accept responsibility for a part ordered under the wrong part number.

Prices and payment: prices are as listed on the product pages at the time of order. Payment is arranged at order time as agreed with us. Orders over $1,000 receive free delivery; orders under $1,000 carry a $15 delivery charge, unless otherwise agreed.

Shipping and returns: shipping times and carriers vary by order. Contact us promptly about any shipping damage, shortage, or defect so we can resolve it.
